Jeden letzten Freitag im Monat um 13:30 Uhr bieten wir circa 60-minütige Mensaführungen durch die Mensen CGiN/Nordcampus und die Zentralmensa an.
In Zeiten der Betriebsruhe finden generell keine Führungen statt!
Die nächsten Führungen dieser Art in der Zentralmensa und der Mensa CGiN sind ausgebucht. Am 31.07.2026 finden aufgrund der Urlaubszeit keine Führungen statt.
Anmeldungen empfehlen sich derzeit für August/September 2026; im August sind noch Plätze im CGiN frei, nicht aber in der Zentralmensa.
Erlebe in beiden Mensen, was mit den zurückgegebenen Tabletts passiert und welche Dimensionen die Kochgeräte in der Küche haben.
So funktioniert deine Teilnahme:
- deine Anmeldung ist per Formular erforderlich
- es können maximal 10 Personen teilnehmen
- Treffpunkt ist jeweils die Infobox, im Erdgeschoss des CGiN bzw. im Foyer der Zentralmensa
- bitte trage lange Kleidung und festes Schuhwerk
- bitte komme ohne Gepäck

Every last Friday of the month at 1:30 PM, we offer approximately 60-minute tours of the CGiN/Nord Campus and Central cafeterias.
No tours are held during periods of operational downtime!
The next tours of this kind in the central canteen and the CGiN canteen are fully booked. On 31/07/2026, no tours will take place due to the holiday season.
Registrations are currently recommended for August/September 2026; there are still places available in the CGiN in August, but not in the central cafeteria.
Experience in both cafeterias what happens with the returned trays and the size of the cooking equipment in the kitchen.
This is how you can participate:
- your registration is required via form
- a maximum of 10 people can participate
- The meeting point is the information box in the foyer of the central canteen
- please wear long clothes and sturdy shoes
- please come without luggage
