The residential buildings were taken over by the Studierendenwerk Göttingen in summer of 2008 and have 88 renovated single rooms partly with balcony. At Kreuzbergring 46, 6 single-bed accessible single rooms are available on the ground floor. The communal kitchen and the shared bathrooms are barrier-free. The front door is barrier-friendly. The campus and the city centre are just a 5-minute walk away. These single rooms are mainly reserved for international students and exchange students who study at least one month to a maximum of 12 months in Göttingen. A seamless rental of another dormitory space of the Studentenwerk Göttingen is not possible due to the waiting time.
