For everyone familiar with at least the very basics of Lindy Hop (a beginner course or a couple tasters) but still struggling with the subtleties of leading and following.

In this workshop, we’ll move away from learning steps and dive into communication through movement in Lindy. We will play around with the concepts of tension/compression, work on our frame, explore the details of how to lead/follow, and transfer these skills to different dance moves.
