Canteen tours: Central canteen and canteen CGiN/north campus
Starting November 28, 2025, canteen tours will also take place in the CGiN/North Campus cafeteria!
You would like to know what the kitchen of our central canteen and of our CGiN looks like, how the Freeflow or the food pavilions set up, or where your tray will go with the dishes after the return? Then take part in one of our monthly canteen tours! We'll take a look at the goods receipt and refrigeration, show you the kitchen, explain the individual stations to you, and follow the path of the dishes from the return to the scullery.
During periods of company shutdown, guided tours generally do not take place.
Please note:
People registered for a canteen tour who are unable to attend their booked appointment should also cancel by emailing.
veranstaltungsservice@studierendenwerk-goettingen.de, as we allocate special staff for the cafeteria tours to ensure smooth operations.
The tours can only take place on-site if at least 8 people are present.
