Conciliation Procedure
If you are not satisfied with the responses from the above contact option, you can submit a request to initiate a conciliation procedure at the conciliation office established by the State Commissioner for Disabled Persons in Lower Saxony, according to the Lower Saxony Equal Opportunities for Disabled Persons Act (NBGG).
The conciliation office, as per § 9 d NBGG, is tasked with settling disputes regarding accessibility in IT between people with disabilities and public authorities in the state of Lower Saxony. The conciliation procedure is free of charge. No legal representation is required.
